About Me

I am a 35 years old, Canadian, and so constantly evolving that it is really hard to write an About section, but I will do my best to do so in plain English and without too much energy-speak so you get some idea of who I am and how I have come to be here now. In full 3D I am a pretty ‘kick ass and take names’ Real Estate Agent. I have been doing that for 12 years now, and I do love being able to use my intuitive gifts as well as my honed skills to advise, strategize and take as much stress as possible out of people’s lives.

I am a Pisces sun, Cancer rising and Sagittarius moon, and a 6/2 Emotional Wave Projector in Human Design. I have had many realizations through exploring my energy type and blueprint which have allowed me to live my life in a more peaceful and balanced way, forgoing much of the hustle culture that once consumed me and accepting that success looks and feels different for each of us. For me it means waiting for invitations to help and advise others and bring my skills and gifts into the community, and being patient with my heart and my decisions. I also have a deep intuitive sense and knowing of when people are no longer best suited for a group, community or environment, and when it is time to move on. I believe in true love, soulmates and divine counterparts, but I also know that when we have completed the contracts we have set out to complete with people, places, or situations, it is our souls greatest desire to celebrate/grieve this and move on to what is meant for us in our new and exciting chapter.

My next chapter comes out of the end of a marriage, the completion of that contract in divine timing for both of us, and moves into self love, divine love, and freedom. I have been blessed to have connected with a Divine Counterpart who mirrors my growth and expansion in a way that is fulfilling to my souls deepest desires and wishes at this time. He is a beautiful and spiritual soul and we are well suited to walk this very etheral path side by side, with a shared vision of spreading unconditional love to all of those we meet and everywhere we adventure together. We bring out in each other just the magic, wonder, play, peace and love that each needs most. To anyone floundering in a relationship which consistently leaves you feeling like you are asking for more, or like you are too much, remember that your heart knows when something is over, and you will always be rewarded for leaving behind what is no longer meant for you. In my case, facing a tragic ending and making the scariest and most heartbreaking decision of my life, led to a Love I yearned for but could never have imagined before it found me.

Now that we are through with all the mushy stuff, I think it is also important to share that I am now almost 4 years Alcohol free and happier and more well than I have ever been. I take self care and love very seriously and have fallen back in love with myself in a way I never knew possible through sobriety. I struggled with body image issues for most of my life, self medication, anxiety, depression and at my worst didn’t have a single thing I trusted or believed in. Now I trust source and the universe implicitly, and watch synchronicities every day encouraging this path. I quit drinking on my own, with books like This Naked Mind, and Alcohol Explained, and with online book related support groups, and never stepped foot inside an AA room. However, I don’t view one way of quitting as any better or worse than any other way. Whatever works for you is exactly what you should do. Each way is equally valid as long as it helps you stop for good.

I also have first hand experience from my past in trauma bonds, narcissistic personalities, infidelities, verbal and mental abuse, and childhood trauma. I can compassionately explore these or any other issues with you in an intuitive coaching session if the aim is to explore and open up on this prior to healing activations, although these often happen throughout a session regardless, when welcomed.

A few yeas ago I become certified in the Emotion Code and sequentially in the Body Code to further my background of knowledge of the human body and energy centers as well as proven modalities to bring all of the bodies systems back into balance and deal directly with trapped emotions, core wounding and limiting beliefs which have the ability to be ‘released without reliving’. These are efficient and practical energy healing modalities I am so excited about being able to offer now. I have also been spending time learning and living evolutionary astrology. I have a love for being my own teacher and am always seeking to expand my personal knowledge, discovery, and service.

Currently I am training to be able to offer QHHT, the Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique established and taught by the late Dolores Cannon. It is a profound practice that must be taken very seriously but which can yield truly miraculous results for clients, and I will eventually be thrilled to offer this in person only. I also enjoy grounding walks/workouts with my dog in nature, laying in the sun, spending time with friends and family, ‘singing’ karaoke, cooking, and various types of art in my spare time.
